Typical roles
In a large programme there may be a full range of staff including:
- Cashiers who administer cash and bank transactions.
- Book-keepers who enter transactions into the accounting records.
- An accountant/financial controller who produces financial reports and advises senior management on financial matters.
In a small programme, one person may be able to cover all of these roles even if some tasks are delegated to non-financial staff.
